My first trip to a BWW! Service was great. My son and I wanted to watch the race and when I mentioned it to the host he sat us right in front of the big screen and adjusted the whole restaurant audio to the race! Awesome! I was very disappointed with their inventory, there were all out of the draft beer I requested and then the manager informed us they were out of the popcorn shrimp my son ordered. eh. They also brought our food out separately which is just a no-no. Other than that, which some may same is a lot, I was cool with the joint. Certainly Ill go back--I think I just caught them on a bad night.

Plain and simple; this place is terrible. The past two times my girlfriend and i have gone here have been enough to make me refuse to go back. The first time we went on a Wednesday afternoon around 2-3. It was me, her, and her little girl, and the place was empty. We walk in and 4 or 5 waitresses are just standing around gossiping so we got ignored rather than seated. Once we finally did get seated our waitress took our drink orders and vanished. I don't know what she was doing, but we were literally the only customers in the entire restaurant and it still took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks. When we finally got a chance to order our food a group of teenage guys came into the place and our waitress then ignored us the rest of the time to flirt with them. After getting our cold food and no refills i look over to see her playing the damn claw machine with some of the teenagers. That's right. Our waitress was unable to get us a single refill, because she was more preoccupied playing a game... The second time we came back was a huge mistake. We showed up on a Sunday. I knew it was a bad idea, but i wanted wings and couldn't think of another place to go. The only reason i came back to BWW was because i couldn't think of anywhere else to go... This time it was me, my girlfriend, and her nephew. Same deal. Service was extremely slow. Waitresses were nowhere to be found. No refills. Cold food, except for the kids burger which was burnt. After waiting 30 minutes just to get our check i find out our waitress tried to over charge us. She changed the kids $5 burger meal to the adults $10 meal, and charged my girlfriend for the fries that already came with her meal. The only part of this restaurant that amazes me is that it's still open. I wrote to their customer feedback department, but i've never herd anything back from them. Do yourself a serious favor and skip this place. Go to Wall-Mart where you can get better wings and beer for half the price of what you'd pay at BWW, and enjoy it in the comfort of your own home. Terrible food, terrible service, and just an all around awful establishment.

If it weren't for the fact that the food I've had there was pretty dang good, I'd say this place is terrible. When I first walked in I was bombarded with walls lined with televisions and sound bouncing off of everything. It was a shock to my system which I purged with copious amounts of over-priced alcohol. I'd recommend this to anyone who doesn't get seizures or faints from over-excitement.

Fourth trip here - bad service each time. I guess bad on me for thinking it might change. Last trip I never received my wings - manager was kind enough to remove the items from my bill that I NEVER received.

Me and the boys decided to come here on Thursdays. The time the service bad they didn't bring the food out tile like 40-60 mins after the order was taken. Keep in mind the place wasn't busy at all. We just thought it was like that because we showed up at 1140pm. So the next time we showed up the exact same time but service was worse then anything I have ever experience. First no one even bothered to come to our table to take our orders. I had to go find a waitress she took our orders but she didn't bring any drinks back tile like 30 mins. They didn't even clean our table before we sat down. All the tables in the place were dirty. First place I ever been to that the food beat the drinks out. We told the manager he helped some but the people there didn't seem like they care about anything. Don't know if I will ever come back here again.

This could be the best sports bar...in a county with no other sports bars. Food is typically slow and undercooked. Chicken wings often arrive without being tossed in enough sauce (uneven coating) and the burgers are underwhelming. In short, do not order the food. That said, the beer is cold and the selection is surprisingly good. The staff is generally friendly and always seems willing to turn on any game you want, no matter how obscure the sport. It is not uncommon to see rugby on lacrosse on a tv. Of course, the popular American sports are plentiful. Managers are extremely friendly and generally bend over backwards for customers. Weekends during football season are very packed and loud, especially Sundays. But it's a fun football environment.

Loved the boneless wings here. The bar staff was friendly and brought us out food quickly. The only complaint is that lack in variety of beers they have on tap. The bartender agreed that they needed a less IPAs/more variety.

Awesome food and experience. Some of the waitresses are slow but overall worth it! Great for the ufc hook up!

We usually avoid chain restaurants, but this was the only sports bar we could find that had the Big Ten network. The food was as expected...OK. I'm giving it 3 stars as our server did a fantastic job and the manager went out of his way to look up games and networks for us. We did spend over $80 which was more than a fine dining experience the night before. I suspect we'll only be back when desperate to find a spot to watch a game.

Ate here on Monday and watched the panthers and patriots. the atmosphere was good. not too busy yet it took our server a while to get to our table. I got the wing on wing combo which was really good. the beer was cold but towards the end of the meal, we were forgotten. took a while to get the check then had to hunt down a pen to sign it. cute girls working so we'll chalk this one up as a push.

Great food and friendly staff! Yes it is loud, but it IS technically a sports bar. I go here with friends as well as my family, not once have I had bad service. If you want to watch sports, there's TV's literally on every inch of every wall. :)

Wow, I hadn't been to a BWW in years. I mean, years. The last time I was at one, back home in Kansas City, my buddy met a girl for the first time. They're now celebrating their one year wedding anniversary. So...it has been a while. I ended up here because I flew in to DC, drove down, and was too early to get in to my hotel. Since I love football, I decided BWW was a great place to watch some games, grab some healthy food (...) and a couple beers while I waited. I got there around 12:15pm, so 45 minutes before the games, and it was dead. I grabbed a seat at the bar and was immediately helped by the very friendly bartender. She, along with her bartender in crime, were very efficient and friendly throughout. Their beer selection is pretty good, both on tap and in bottles. They have all the basics, but also have some tasty craft beers as well, so everyone should be fairly happy with the selection. For food, I got the chicken tenders with fries. You can choose a sauce for the tenders, but apparently they aren't actually tossed IN the sauce, it just is a side of sauce, which was disappointing. I got the Mango Habanero sauce, one of the hotter ones, which packed a good punch but still had a lot of flavor. The building seemed fairly new, and was very, very clean. Lots of TVs, of course, which were all large and clear. BWW gave me exactly what I expected, and I cannot fault anything in that regard. Solid place to watch some games.

I don't get what the rave is about with people saying their wings are good. I like mine a little crispier than some people I guess. The ones I tried were kind of mushy and I really would have liked mine cooked longer. Seasoning and flavor was ok. I also think they are a bit on the pricey side. Our waitress did not come ask us if we needed refills on our drinks. If I go back I think I'll order a sandwich or a burger! If you want a quiet place to eat, don't go here...so loud!

So I went to this location during the end of February.. They advertise a special sauce of each month. It was odd that they didn't have the sauce of the current month since they will be switching to next months sauce. When I asked, they didn't even have the special sauce for the new month. There must be a cushion of days between switching from the sauce of each month.

The waitress was pleasant, but we waited most of an HOUR between ordering and receiving our food at lunch. When questioned, the staff didn't apologize for the inconvenience, just said "we're busy." People who ordered side salads did not receive them in the meantime. We were given no updates on how long it should take or when we could expect our meals. No one should starve at a restaurant.

I used to like this place. Last three times I went... Intestinal distress. I would be more clear but it would be vulgar. Don't bother. Sports can be found elsewhere. Never again !!!!!

The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because zero stars isn't an option. I have been frequenting various 'BDubs' across the country for years, and have NEVER experienced such a rude, detached, inattentive staff. The bartender didn't even engage us, we sat down and had a waitress who we had to find to get new beers. And in case I didn't mention, we were the ONLY people in the restaurant... And now I know why. And at the end of the night we sat there, with empty beer glasses for 20 minutes, until it was closing time, and literally hadn't seen a staff member for 15 minutes, and the manager walked by... We flagged her down and she asked 'what do you need?' a REALLY?! It's 12:57am, and we're sitting here with empty beer glasses and you close at two... The check, thank you. I usually tip in the 50-75% range, she got 2.47, and I feel like I overtipped a LOT! Shame on you BDubs... This is unacceptable.

My friends and I just got back from dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings...the service was terrible, we waited over an hour for four orders of wings, our waitress went out of her way to ignore us and the food we did eventually get was certainly not worth the wait. I have always looked forward to eating at a Buffalo Wild Wings, but I will never be back. Between the poor service and the sub-par wings, I can't think of anything good to say. To add to the experience, there were about 5-8 waitresses/employees just standing around in a circle chatting for about 45 minutes doing absolutely nothing while we were waiting to get our food. Seriously disappointing.

It's getting worse! Chicken is still woefully undercooked. Worse yet, a member of our party was sickened and they didn't even have any chicken (cross contamination). The beer and trivia are the only reason to enter this building. The service sucks, the management hides, and the food will make you ill. This is the worst BWW I have ever been to!

Melissa our server was very attentive and a great waitress! She was very friendly, and checked on us several times. My husband got wings, I got a buff Chx wrap and we split an app of chili con queso. Food was great!! Came out quick, and hott. Saw the reviews before and almost didn't come, but I'm glad we did. We will come back!

The food is ok,nothing to rave about. Very loud. The dining area is not seperate from the bar so it's pretty loud when trying to have a relaxing drink to unwind. They do have about thirty draft beers on tap with a nice selection. However, they wash their beer glasses in a dishwasher that gives the beers kind of a "plasticy" taste! This is totally unacceptable to me.

Really, Really noisy. Service is somewhat chaotic. One person takes your order, another brings your food, random managers walking around asking questions all while the TVs and music are blaring. The food was pretty darned good but, sometimes it needs to go back to be warmed up. I go there frequently because I love the steak wrap but I wish I could hear myself think.

3 times I have been to this location. The first time was with my family and we sat at our table watiing for service for serveral minutes. After the server took out order we then waited forever for her to return with our drinks... I ended up getting up and going to the service station and pouring waters for my family. When the food came (wings) it was highly disappointing. I am not even sure why I gave this place a second chance. The second time I went in alone, and sat at the bar. The only thing good about this place is the beer selection. I ordered food, boneless wings this time and again, highly disappointing. For a company that boasts wings they leave a lot to be desired. I again, gave it a third chance... this time just stopping in for a beer as I won't bother to eat at this place again. If I want good wings I'll go to the Greene Turtle, or even our local Irish Pub has much better wings than BWW. In any case, My third visit resulted in me leaving without a beer as I sat at the bar for several minutes while the bartender, (who doesnt even look old enough to serve alcohol) sat about 4 feet away from me incessantly babbling to the gentlemen guest also seated nearby. She did not even acknowledge my presence. When there was a long enough break in their conversation I asked if she was the bartender... when she replied "yes" I then told her she needed to go back to training because she is inept at her job. (A simple, "Hi I'll be right with you" would have sufficed until she could exit her conversation with the chatty gentlemen)... I alerted managment just to be kind enough to give them a chance to save future humiliation with other guests; However, I will NEVER go to this place again. Dare you go.... you may also be highly disappointed.

Fat Tire and Mango Habanero wings FTW!! It's way too loud and the sound over your head may not be a TV in your viewing region.

Food is average at best, very crowded..

Average quality food at reasonable price. Good selection of sports events on numerous TVs. Does not display drink prices on menus, which is a big negative because they are quite expensive for the area.

We love this place! Granted the service could be better but the wings and beer are great and we love the trivia games. We go at least once a month and spend about 40.00 for two adults and one child.

I had a chicken sandwich with a hidden surprise. I took a bite and almost swallowed a half of a plastic bread bag tie. They did comp the sandwich, but that is a real disregard of food safety and shows a very sloppily run kitchen. The replacement chicken wings which took the place of my sandwich were extremely dry. The place is also extremely loud and there is no separation from the bar so it's very hard to hold a conversation. I suppose this all solidifies that this is a place to come drink, not to have a nice meal. One final note, if something like that happens and you are the manager. You should have some common courtesy to come over to the table and apologize. Don't make your wait staff do it! As an addendum to my review I called and spoke to the GM. We were provided a credit so we came back a second time. This time the service was really bad and the food was not much to talk about. This is a bar, plain and simple.

Buffalo Wild Wings is normally one of my favorite spots, but sadly this was some of the worst food I have ever had at one. Both my husband and I had soggy buns on our sandwiches. The trivia was fun though!

Quite possibly the worst service in St. Mary's County (which is saying something). By far the worst experience was when our waitress lost someone's credit card. Not only did the manger not care, he sent the waitress over to ask my friend to pay a different way! Complaints to corporate about this were ignored. Sitting in the bar area is a joke, because the servers don't have assigned tables & you just have to hope they won't be lazy (spoiler alert: they are). I expressed this to a manager once as we waited for a table in the dining room (it was my Dad's turn to pick, what can I say) as he tried to get us to sit in the bar area. Needless to say I felt vindicated when someone came over to complain that she had been sitting in the bar area for 20 minutes & no one had even taken her drink order. The food is hit or miss (and by miss, I mean just okay), but frozen chicken from the grocery store is usually better and with far superior service!

I wasn't really that impressed. We went for a late lunch. The wings were sort of standard and the service from the kitchen was slow. Our waiter was great.

Huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings! My coworkers and I go there often, since it's convenient to the office. The food and the beer selection is worth the marginal service; I've had a few servers there that were less than stellar, but a handful are very good and attentive- look for Charles or Steven! They're awesome! Beware! The hotter sauces are HOT! Makes for a great dare if you need a quick $20 bucks from your friends...betting against them, that is. Don't let them tell you that you can't split the bill, either. They always can, especially if you sit in the bar area.

This place is hoppin'! Always a packed crowd with a 30-45 minute wait to be seated when I've gone. I've gotten lucky on 2 visits and found a spot in the bar area. Staff is super friendly and service is fast. What's not to love?

Another Chain restaurant in St. Mary's County. Clean bathrooms and eating area - always packed when there is a sports event on. Great for kids to play trivia whilst you can eat, however it costs. I am not a fan of BWW presentation - served in paper dishes and sauces in plastic ramekins, they're carbon footprint always bothers me. The one thing I do love about Buffalo Wild Wings is their Sauces, specifically the Mango Habanero (if you like it a little spicy). Their wings are highly priced, so if you're into their sauces, just get the sauce and buy some wings from Walmart down the street. Take them home, heat them up and lather them in the sauce. I also found a great recipe for those who like the Habanera Mango sauce. Overall my experiences in the venue have been sub par - it's a quick place to eat for the wing freaks, but overpriced for what it is. BUFFALO WILD WINGS MANGO HABANERO SAUCE 2 cups mango nectar habanero sauce (recommend El Yucatan, amount to taste) 1 tablespoon corn syrup 1⁄4 cup pepper sauce (Frank's) 1⁄3 cup butter (melted) Put the mango nectar in a large pan and add the amount of habanero sauce you want. mix it up. should be a nice bright orange. put it on medium heat and let it simmer, stir intermittently and reduce to about 1/4 cup volume. Add corn syrup, cayenne sauce and melted butter. Mix. Cook the chicken however you want. Toss the wings/chicken in your sauce.

I would normally never give a chain like this 5 stars but this area is a culinary wasteland (Mission BBQ being the sole exception) and out of all the places I've eaten at over the past couple of months this is the *only* one where I've had uniformly excellent experiences. The food is solid and delivered to the brand standards 100% of the time (whether you like those or not is the only question), the servers are friendly and they are open later than almost anything else I've found.

This is the second time I have been here and to this location and it was the same experience that I had last time. The service sucked, the waitress sucked and the food sucked even more. If you are famous for your wings, why are they NEVER fresh and always come out warm and DRY!!!!! My mouth was so dry just from eating the nasty wings and to top it all of the waitress left us for at least 20 minutes even when I asked for my salad dressing and she failed to bring that back when she came back after 20 minutes. I don't see how this place is still in business . Also they keep the bar area dirty . There was wings and carrots on the floor for at least 35-40 minutes before someone came over to clean it up. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE! It's horrible .......
